Hi, Reader, Here is today's Book Marketing Minute #28: Price promotions are a great way to market your book. If you're exclusive to Amazon, you can run a Kindle Countdown Deal (or choose 99c and stick to that price). Alternatively, you can change your price as often you'd like on any platform for print or ebook (your print book will have a minimum price, hopefully much less than the regular price for your book). Sometimes retail platforms (ahem, Amazon) take up to 72 hours to update those prices, so be sure to be organized (read: don't wait until the last minute/day before). Once you've decided on a price, let your email list and social media followers know. Be sure to put a deadline on it, create some fun graphics, and share away!
